“I would nominate Karen to be amongst the top 10 people in the world that are advancing gender equality. Under her guidance, gender equality is just practical. I reinforced my skills on how to develop a gender strategy aligned with project results, develop annual action plans, embed GE into baselines, and conduct gender audits. The list is endless. It is known that Karen is an expert but she is also a great people leader, always ready to share her knowledge with others.”
